THE PROCESS:

Any number of visual elements may serve as an important source of inspiration- your wedding dress, a specific flower, or the location of your event. You may love ribbons and bows or adore antique lace. Something offbeat and colorful or perhaps clean and contemporary might suit your style. Our signature is to collaborate with you and fashion a cake that fits your vision of the day. Almost anything you can dream of is possible.

What sets Cakes to Remember apart is our "Six Step" process. You will find us focused on your unique experience and intent on making every step of the way as fun and stress free as possible.

1. First Contact:
once you speak with us we will send you our literature which includes flavor possibilities, pricing and timing information.
2. Initial Meeting:
if you are still intrigued to know more, make an appointment to come to the shop - we’ll talk about design, flavors, and answer all of your questions and send you home with a wonderful sample of cakes to taste.
3. Are We A Good Fit:
if you enjoyed the samples and are excited about the possibility of working together, reserve your date by sending us a deposit
4. The Collaboration:
the fun really begins – your second meeting at the shop will focus on your cake, the 'visual centerpiece of the wedding.' Together we will capture the look and feel of your wedding day- and develop a flavorful dessert to be proud of.
5. The Countdown to the Wedding Day:
30 days prior to the big day the design will be finalized and flavors selected, 10 days prior you will let us know the final number of guests. The Wednesday before the event the final payment is due.
6. A Worry-free Wedding Day:
check us off your to do list. We will coordinate anything that relates to a successful delivery and set-up including contacting the florist, the hotel or the caterer. Be confident that on your wedding day you do not need to worry about the details of the cake, Cakes To Remember will manage everything for you.
